The sword arrived from China to Japan in the 12th century, where it remains a part of the tradition of the tea ceremony to this day. They are obtained by finely grinding green tea leaves, which are carefully selected and treated in order to preserve the unique taste and nutritional composition of the tea. Sword contains more caffeine than ordinary green tea, much like coffee, and thanks to the substance l-theanine, it raises energy and relaxes without sudden jumps and falls. Maca has significantly more antioxidants than classically prepared green tea, and the leaves, since they are ground, are practically drunk whole.
How to use: The sword is usually dissolved in a liquid - hot water or milk. Traditionally, a bamboo brush is used to dissolve the powder, which is mixed until a foam is formed. Thus, it can be added to smoothies, shakes, muesli, oatmeal or chia porridge, used in the preparation of cakes, raw cakes, puddings or ice cream, iced tea or iced tea with milk.
