Organic asai berries (Euterpe oleracea) are the fruits of palm trees that grow in the rainforests of the Amazon. They are considered one of the most nutritious fruits on the planet and one of the strongest antioxidants. They are rich in omega 3 fats, vitamins (especially A and C) and minerals (calcium and iron ...) and many other nutrients and are therefore often used in alternative medicine.
How to use: Asai berry powder can be mixed with water, juice, yogurt, milk, added to muesli, oatmeal, shakes and smoothies or sprinkled on food during meals.
