Young wheat grass has been used in folk medicine for centuries and is part of the traditional diet of many peoples. It is obtained from young wheat leaves and contains a large number of healthy ingredients.
How are they produced? Wheat (Triticum aestivum) is sown on quality soil and nurtured for about ten days. After germination, young plants synthesize chlorophyll during growth and produce a lot of useful nutrients. When they grow to 15-20 cm in height, the young sprouts are cut and dried at low temperature. Dried wheatgrass is ground to a powder before packaging. The obtained powder is a 100% natural product that does not contain additives, artificial colors or flavor enhancers.
How to use: Mix 1-2 teaspoons of powder with honey or dissolve in fruit juice, milk, yogurt or water.
