Coconut nectar (syrup) is a natural sweetener with low glycemic index, obtained from coconut flowers' nectar. It is unrefined, chemically untreated, containing no additives and preservatives. Contains all essential amino acids, and is a source of vitamin B, potassium, magnesium, zinc and iron. It is rich in inositol (formerly known as vitamin B8).
